We are continuing to do the work that is consistent with our mission:
We are called by God to:
- Be a loving community where all people are welcomed at the table.
- Proclaim the transformative power of the Resurrection in our lives.
- Build a community of faith from every tribe and language and people and nation.
- Strive for justice and peace among all people and respect the dignity of every human being.
Issues of Hunger
We will continue the programs we are currently committed to: the collection of food for Metro Caring and the provision of food for school children in the Totes of Hope program.
The Sunday School programs on every first and third Sunday of the month. The expansion of our program to include the children of the surrounding community.
We would like to invite all of the community families to participate with us in our holiday celebrations.
We will continue to invite various artists to share their talents with our congregation. We regularly have the pleasure to have outside musicians performing during our Sunday services. Also, we are planning to invite visual artists to exhibit their works.
